Missing SCRIPTALIAS?

When ever I try to make a new account, I get the following:

Missing SCRIPTALIAS Config Line in /etc/wwwacct.conf

[PWSowner]

That file should have a line like:
SCRIPTALIAS y

If it doesn't, just add it to the end of the file.
