    Default Mod_bandwidth Mod_Choke error

    Hi guys, I'm having problem setting both modules choke and bandwidth....I set it to 2 connections per IP ...it looks like when I used up the 2 connections then I'm unable to browse the site I get a msg 503 service unavialable ...If I used up 1 connection then i'm able to browse the site...what could go wrong here ?...thnx for any help...
