mod_userdir failure?

Hello...

I am using WHM 9.9.0 cPanel 9.9.0-E54 on a Fedora System...

I changed the setting in "Server Setup" - "Tweak Security" - "mod_userdir protection" and set this on "Enable mod_userdir Protection."
Furthermore I wanted to set-up a domain (one customer) which can access a preview mode for the domain under http://ip/~customer so I clicked on the "Exclude Protection" for his username.

But now it is like this, that EVERYBODY can do this with the IP adress -> http://ip/~username not only the customer which I wanted...

How I can fix this or is this a general issue or failure/bug?

I am having a similiar problem. My problem is I enable mod-userdir overall and let us say I check only one account as "exclude". That account STILL will not be able to view using IP method. Anyone know why?
