ModernBill and Cpanel

We have modernbill set up with cpanel to automatically set up new accounts. However, every day, modernbill stops working and the only way we can get it working again is to reboot the server. Obviously, this is totally unacceptable.

Anybody have any ideas on how to solve this?

We use Modernbill also without ANY problems.

You should contact Michael, instead of this board : this must be a Modernbilling problem. and not a cpanel one.

We have contacted Mike at ModernBill and to date he hasn't been any help.

Sorry about posting late, but I was having this problem as well.

I turn my firewall off temp and I could create the account, there is a port that needs to be opened.
