Modifying account name

A reseller would like to modify the account name associated with their main domain.

Can the account name be modified and if so how please?

Dear maxim1,

You can modify your account name in WHM as follows,

Account Functions--> Modify an Account--> Select the domain name to which the account name to be changed--> click modify--> type the new account name over there--> save.

Thanks, but unfortnately that does not work. The option is not available with:

UserName xxxxxx (resellers cannot have their username changed)

I know this can be done from when I had a straight reseller account with a hosting company. I can't really ask them how they do it though

Any other suggestions?
