Move interchange shop

Does anybody know how to move an interchange shop from one server to another server. - I downloaded all the backup files from the account at the old server - then restored them under the same account on the new server (through CPanel). But I keep getting the 404 - page not found error when I try to run cart.cgi. I'm stuck, can anybody help?

have you setup 755 for your cart or have you put it in cgi-bin

Yes, that had been done. The store were removed on the new server and reinstalled and that did it. But thanks for responding
