Moving addon domains between different reseller accounts

I need to move several addon domains to a different reseller account. I would like to preserve:

• Email Mailboxes
• Email account passwords
• FTP passwords

Can anyone tell me the best way to do this. My thought was to copy the mailboxes close out the addon domains and create new ones on the destination account. I do now know where the email and ftp passwords are kept however.
