Moving server. Any potential horde/mailman/other problems?

Last time I moved my server, horde had problems with the move and mailman settings / archives weren't moved at all and had to do them manually. Can I expect a smooth move (barring unforeseen problems) to the new server using the WHM "Account Transfer" tool, or are there still things that I have to move manually?

Are there any other potential account transfer problems that I should expect?

Someone must have an answer to this. I can't be the only one that's moved servers within the past few months
