    WHM > Tweak Settings > The maximum each domain can send out per hour (0 is unlimited):

    Set to what you want.

    60,000 emails in less than an hour is gonna hurt something I bet.

    You might also want to check your settings in VB to batch email going out.

    VBulletin Options > Email Options > Number of Emails to Send Per Batch

    vBulletin includes a mail queuing system to prevent bottlenecks when sending lots of email. Use this option to specify how many emails will be sent per batch.
    (not sure if that settings for VB is for mass mail though)

    but how ?

    this is wat I want to know

    I'm say that because when I'm sening more than 50 email the server load become high

    even if I send 60 mail's one time the server load become high

    Sounds like you're overloading the server. It would probably be a good idea to do this:

    thanks chirpy

    Another idea is to queue emails if the load goes high so that they're processed more slowly over time using:

    queue_only_load = 5
    I do that before but no use

    You might need to do some exim tuning for it to be able to cope with such an influx of emails in such a short time. You might want to try posting on the exim mailing list and/or having a look over on www.exim.org at some of the other commands you can use to better rate limit exim and to better use the queuing mechanisms.
