My god, how to limit users CPU, MEM %?

one of my user take 50.0% of MEM, 20.1% of CPU and more.
please, how to limit it ? Thanks

I'd suggest you suspend there account, I don't think there's a way to limit that but I could be wrong.

thanks, but even setup an account must SSH into the server
and it's limit max connect and speed, a little limit MEM and CPU also.
