Unhappy Mysql 4.0.x and NPTL based systems.

    Hi,

After this MySQl error has started showing up...everything is screwed up. I am having unlimited problems with mysql ...which keeps on showing up one by one...even a 3 year old website whcih was running smoothly is now having errors. This is also without updating.

Anyways i would like to know how and what methods you guys have adopted and how you updated mysql without problems / downtime ? Also did you face any problems with scripts whcih uses mysql ?

I have over 300 websites running on the server and if i screw this then it will be one hell of a problem. So please suggest any possible way which can lower the risk.

    Thanks.
