Can anyone recommend an MySQL Automated process killer?

I am looking for ways to limit the resources per user account, at this time MySQL is starting to become an issue so any information would be very helpfil, thank you.

You should really search for some good MySQL performance tutorials on how to optimise it for your particular needs. A good starting point would be the MySQL site itself:

You can install mytop on the server and view the mysql usage.
