MySQL Backups via WHM

What is located in the '_var_lib_mysql.tar.gz' backup file that WHM creates? Is it a complete backup of all MySQL data? I want to make sure I have backups of all MySQL data for my users should anything catastrophic happen.

It is what you have in /var/lib/mysql/ directory means all of your MySQL tables and data

So any idea how can i backup those files in there...perhaps...maybe to my own computer....
Just incase something bad happen.

That was the point of my question. If you have backups enabled in WHM, the '_var_lib_mysql.tar.gz' that gets created is the backup of the data. Simply download it to your machine to have a local backup.

if you have Backup feature enabled then

/backup/cpbackup/*/dirs/
