    Default Mysql banning ip's?

I have a remote webserver ran in the same DC just seperate machines. Its been working fine for about 3 months now and then today my webserver keeps getting banned from my mysql machine (or atleast I assume this, both machines can ping each other, but nothing with mysql).

During this time its not able to reach the mysql server it returns this error on the connect, "Lost connection to MySQL server during query"

This has caused my site to be down for 7.8% of the day which does not sound like alot, but it is. I must get this issue resolved ASAP. Any ideas is greatly apprciated.

    Default mysql

    Hello,

    Please check the following things.

    1) Does the mysql service running fine?
    2) Check if the firewall rules block the apache server connecting the destination port 3306.
