Default MySQL databases not being backed up!

After upgrading to the latest WHM/Cpanel package our MySQL databases are NOT being backed up! This is a MAJOR issue for us. I have checked all of the settings in WHM and the system is set to backup accounts and full Mysql directory, but when I restore a site, the databases are NOT there!

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. I was wondering why our backups were ending 2 hours earlier than they used to be.

    EDIT:

In my case it was traced to a syntax error in my /etc/my.cnf file

    Fill in a support ticket?
Did you know that cPanel doesn't count ftp traffic from and to an users account? Do you want it fixed? Vote for this bug http://bugzilla.cpanel.net/show_bug.cgi?id=6463

Seconded, I did this and they tracked it down to a typo in my /etc/my.cnf file

    Exclamation

I'm shocked! Did this ever get fixed, or do we have hundreds of individual account WordPress, Joomla etc. backups in your server backups that can never be restored in case we need to do a full server restore?

    Anyone?

This was fixed a long time ago, and the issue in my peticullar case was a typo id made on a config change
