mysql error in clients cpanel

my customers are getting this error in there cpanel admin areas. This is under Xskin but it happens in all the other skins.

MySql Databases: DBI connect('mysql:localhost','root',...) failed: Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: NO) at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Mysql.pm line 42 ERROR 1045: Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: NO) 0 / unlimited




any ideas?

Try resetting your mysql root pass.
