Mysql will failed to start up after a reboot.
I don't this problem happen to other servers but to a few.
Do you know what is wrong or how do we permenantly fix this?

Hey, not sure of the error that you get, as you did not specify it.... do one thing....
into your WHM navigate to >> Reset Local MySQL Root Password ...
set any password but not what you use as your WHM root password....
click change password...
and see if your mysql gets up![]()

It happen when we reboot the server.
mysql did not start up.
We have to go restart it manually in order to get it back online.
check your dmesg and boot log files for some possible clues
