mySQL has High CPU Usage

My cpu usage is anywhere from 60-99% from mySQL. Here is the command causing it:

/usr/sbin/mysqld--basedir=/--datadir=/var/lib/mysql--user=mysql--pid-file=/var/lib/mysql/srv01.comcage.com.pid--skip-locking

Any light sheded on this subject would be awsome, thank you.
