MySQL syntax error HELP!

Hi,
Lately i've been having problems with my PerlBill software, ever since I have upgraded it.
Well, I had downloaded a home backup and SQL backup in cPanel, but now it seems that everything is broken.
It gives me all these errors because there is a problem with MySQL. Seems to be a MySQL syntax error... ???
Look at this message it gives me when I try to upload the SQL backup:
ERROR 1064 at line 33: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'group varchar(255) default NULL,
attachment_file varchar(255)

Seems like the guy over at perlbill ignores all my messages....
Can anyone help?

Shouldn't you be taking this up with the PerlBill vendor?

I did, but the perlbill vendor took 1 week to reply.
Anyway, they got it fixed.
