Mysql Version Not Changed

Upcp already installed version 4.0.25 to server but in Customers' CPanel still display the version 4.0.24

root@server[~]# mysql -V
mysql Ver 12.22 Distrib 4.0.25, for pc-linux-gnu (i686)

any suggestions?

Got the same problem, had 4.1.11 mysqlup went to 4.1.13 service status states 4.1.13 however cpanel states 4.1.11

Did you guys ever correct this problem?

upcp upgraded MySQL when it was released a couple of weeks ago to 4.0.25 but I found one account today that still says 4.0.24

Any Ideas - Thanks
