Name Server Issues..

I logged into WHM and went into Name Server IP's. Then i clicked on one of the red X's to remove a nameserver and IP and then it says that the IP is ready for use on another name server, however when i go back to the Name Server IP page the nameserver is not deleted it is back again, why is this happening and how do i stop it?

Also, is there any way to manually add an IP address, because ive found that it is always assigning IP's to nameservers automatically.

If you have root shell access go to file /etc/nameserverips

Which will be holding the name servers and corresponding IPs.

You can change there, which will automatically reflects on the WHM nameserverIPs.
