    Default named.conf error

Hello, when i addaccount or do something with domain, named.conf is changing chmods and it is not readable, I have to manually put chmod 664 named.conf. What can I do to fix that? Now i added to crontab this command. Regards.

What is the version of cPanel that you have been using?
I suppose you should place a ticket to cPanel support.

We had this problem once with httpd.conf which was found to be a bug and was fixed laters

    Hello,

I guess better than putting up a cron it will be to chattr the file using the following commands

    chattr +i /etc/named.conf

the issue with the file being changed, I have not heared or come across. Should probably look into it .

    Regards,
    Marcus
