Default named.conf gets empty when creating account or parking domain

While creating a new account in 1 server, and parking a domain in another server, both servers running 10.8.1-R30, /etc/named.conf was emptied after these operations and only the newly created domain was in it. All existing domains were removed.

    Anyone else has seen this?

    edit:

If you have this too, fix by doing:

    /scripts/rebuildnamedconf
    service named restart

Yes, I just had this happen to me as well. The customer simply created a new account and cPanel blew away named.conf with a new one only containing one zone.

Happened on three of my servers so far today. This looks like a pattern. All I did was update apache on all of the servers yesterday. Mine arent empty, they just have about 7 or 8 domains in them (out of a few hundred that are supposed to be there). The odd thing is, it isn't corrupted with a partial record.

It's happened on my server as well, except I haven't added any new accounts or parked domains in the past three days.

Then that's most likely been caused by this:
Named stops working and named.conf empty

Yep, I found that solution shortly after posting here. Thanks.
