But we cannot reached server by SSH.
Our root and admin password isn't work.
When we doing connect with SSH, only ask User Name: and frozen screen.

Can you ping your server/main domain name?
Can you access the WHM?

If not, you need to request "reboot" from your NOC. Then work on the problem.

dns is very difficult to fix if you don't know server administration. If I were you, I'd hire servertune.com to fix the problem.
