Hi,

I've set up a nameserver and the 2 nameserver IP's resolve properly, resolv.conf looks good, named.conf looks good, I can run dig against the server and pull out the record info for the 2 nameserver entries, but the 1 domain that was added will not resolve regardless of what I try. I see being loaded in named.conf and yet if I try an nslookup of it I get a SERVFAIL message.

Any hints of what is wrong would be great.

domain.com. 86400 IN NS ns1.server.com.
domain.com. 86400 IN NS ns2.server.com . << this is what I found in the zone file

domain.com. 86400 IN NS ns1.server.com .
domain.com. 86400 IN NS ns2.server.com. << this is what I changed it to

Now it works. And here I was thinking it was a major configuration problem.
