About LinkBacksIs it possible at all to have all nameservers on one cpanel box point to the same two ips? That way they could be reserved and www side of them could pull up default pageS?

That depends. Right now both my name server point to the same IP. But my resellers have their own IP with their name servers on it. If your offering resellers then I suggest giving them their own IP.
