Need Free Auto Account Creation Script

Hello,

I am in need of a free auto account creation script that I do not need root access for. I am on a reseller account. I have tried the example one, but cannot figure out how to get it to add the contact email and how to make it let users specify their username. Does anyone know how to get it to work or can someone recommend me a good free one somewhere?
