need help, document moved

yes i am having a major probley. when my clients log into cpanel they see:

I have the exact same problem, I reported it to cpanel but they were no help at all.

Restart your cp at SSH login and it will auto resolve the problem

We get this on our one server each time after we upgrade cPanel. As FusionBiz correctly noted, restart you cPanel to kick it back into gear:

service cpanel restart

I just had the same with horde, but restarting didn't help. what else can solve it?
