    Default Need help fixing redirect

One of my customers redirected their main account. It worked fine, but then he realized it wasn't going to do what he planned. He removed the redirect from cpanel, but the main account is still redirecting. I'm not sure where to go in and fix it. Can someone advise?

    Thanks,
    Jodi

Ps. I did try restarting Apache with no luck.

    Hi,

Find the .htaccess in user's directory and remove reference to redirect you want to sctach off by editting that file.

I removed the line from /home/customer/public_html/.htaccess but the domain is still pointing to the wrong place. Is there anywhere else I can look?
