need help with FTP accout login

some people can you help me about FTP accout

i don't what happen today when i login in FTP fail

i have main accout FTP still working but FTP accout with

ip : xxxxxxxxxxxxx

user: user@domainname.com

pass: xxxxxxx

when i lon it's fail all , please help me how can i fix that and i go FTP manger make new user still not work

i used pure -ftp

Check whether you have exceed the bandwidths for that account

and what FTP client you are using?
