Need help migrating from Plesk 8.1.1 to cPanel 11

Hello,

I've been trying to move accounts between Plesk and cPanel to no avail. When I used "Copy an account from another server", but I always get this error:

Packaging the account...

Invalid Account

Done
Warning: file location not sent.. guessing.. this may not work ....
Using the single archive method (/home/cpmove-hadiwina.tar.gz)!
Copy Destination: /home
Transfer Error
The remote server didn't report a correct md5sum of the archive. Please ensure you selected the correct type of remote server.

I'm quite sure the usernames are correct, what did I do wrong? Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks for the reply. I saw a couple of the threads but those threads did not really have a solution. The one that did, doesn't apply in my case.

BTW, I've succeeded by using copy multiple account feature.
