    Default Need Help Quick

[an error occurred while processing this directive]if (update_ui_status) { update_ui_status("Adding Entries to httpd.conf"); } Adding Entries to httpd.conf......Done

I get that error while trying to create new accounts. It didn't do it until i started transfering 15 accounts from another server to mine!

now every account i create i get a forbidden error.

Could this be a perl module error? if so can i get help fixing it?

    I recommend submitting a ticket at https://tickets.cpanel.net/submit/in...eqtype=tickets
so we can look further into this issue.

here is an update to the problem, when an account is created it is giving it permission of 0700 when its supposed to be creating it under permission 0711 in /home directory. dunno what can cause this. and its not creating public_html

Thank you this has been resolved. For people in the future with these problems.... For me it was a perl problem. There was tracks of old perl still on the server. After new perl installations. and cpanel was reverting back to the oldest version of perl since the old versions where not being deleted.... Wish everyone well with this error as it really sucks! LOL

    Recompile perl seems to work.
    Thanks Cpanel For the Help
