Default Need to move all sites from one server to another

We want to move ALL SITES hosted on an older server to a new one (like an upgrade). While I know WHM has an account copier feature, I assume it would be better to do it manually.

So which files would I need to copy to complete the upgrade from the older server, to the new one? It is important that EVERYTHING is copied, including shopping carts, mailman lists, email accounts, etc!

    Anybody?

I would like a complete list of items which would need to be copied, along with any other things that would have to be done.

It probably would be best to use WHM then just copy of the contents of /var/cpanel to the new server after you are done to keep the reseller permissions. Also, you probably want to move your ssl crts from /usr/share/ssl as well.
