Using wwwacct, I need a script that creates a mySQL database and adds the user as an administrator of that database. It sounds like a script that a lot of other people might want, but I don't mind paying for it, especially if someone can finish it within the next week.

If you have time to do the work, I will also need a few customizations:

1) Modify a PHP file in my public_html directory. Involves changing a few lines of text.
2) Run a PHP file that populates the database
3) Create an e-mail account with the user name specified inside WHM

You can release the script to the public; I don't mind. Please post a price quote for doing all of it within the next 1-2 weeks.
