Need some advice scripting server setups

We provide our customers with semi managed and fully managed VPS and Dedicated Servers with cPanel/WHM.

Rather than using templates or images, I am creating a series of bash scripts in order to make server setups easier.

Are there configuration files for these below, - If so I want to save them so we dont have to go through the tickboxes each time on every new install

1) "Tweak Settings"
2) "Security Settings"
3) "Exim Configuration"
4) "FTP Configuration"

I am sure this is possible if I can be told where the relavent files are.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

not sure about the rest but the tweak settings options are stored in

/var/cpanel/cpanel.config
