I noticed other places in their cPanel they have NeoMail.. I only have Horde and SquirrelMail.. how do I get NeoMail in my WebMail?
Your server must be using the new mail system, maildir, and the other is still using the old mbox. Neomail doesn't work with maildir so it's being phased out.
How do I change it so I use NeoMail?
You'd have to switch back to mbox which is probably not a good choice. We have clients whi liked Neomail but we explained to them the plans for the switch and they accepted it.
What if we really need to bring neomail back? Is there any solution?
We have clients who loved neomail so much and we can't explain to them because they are mostly server novice. We will have problem when migrate those clients to a new server with new cpanel that don't have neomail installed.
Honestly, it's just not a good idea for a few main reasons: incompatibility with maildir, and the fact that the neomail processes love to max out cpu usage for hours on end.
You're better off customizing Horde/Squirrelmail to your liking.
