NeoMail Can't read email for one of my domains

Hi

I have used telnet to connect to the IP on port 110. This indicated to me where the email exim malbox resides. I can clearly see the mail vi linux.

When I try to access the mail using NeoMail nothing appears!! I have restarted cpanel. I have upgraded cpanel and still I have the problem.

Can anybody help me?
