New Account Creation missing ScriptAlias directive

All new accounts we create on multiple Red Hat ES3/4 Cpanel10-current servers are generating incomplete vhosts, lacking the ScriptAlias directive for the /cgi-bin

This is a serious problem, anyone else having it?

do an upcp --force

if that dosent help.. u can switch to a different release and try.

In whm under setup look for this
CGI Script Alias
change it from yes to no and then try it.
