new accounts emails

Hello

we are with a strange problem

We don't received the emails when is created a new acount ( deleted, upgrade, etc also ).
i havce checked the configuration and all is correct and same that on the others servers.

Anyone have this problem?

If it works on all servers but one, and assuming that all servers are running the same version of WHM/cPanel (are they?), then it's less likely to be the case that the emails are not being generated, but that they are being generated but not reaching where you expect for whatever reason.

I would suggest the following:

1) Create a new account and wait a short while
2) Check the contents of /var/log/exim_mainlog and hunt around for a reference to the email you would have expected step 1 to have generated
3) Investigate from there

You should also check:

WHM >> Server Contacts >> Change System Mail Preferences
and
WHM >> Server Contacts >> Contact Manager

for any mistakes.

As webignition suggested, exim_mainlog is the first place to investigate.. Also worth a try
