One thing that really annoys me when creating a new account on Cpanel. If a customer hasn't changed their nameservers yet and you set up a domain, the DNS records automatically populate with their nameservers.
This happens despite un-checking the "Use the nameservers specified at the Domain's Registrar
(ignore locally specified nameservers)".
Then we get a customer phoning up and saying some people see their new site but one customer sees their old site (weeks after the new one has launched).
If I then go in and update the nameservers in the DNS entry it's all fine then.
Firstly, this must be a bug as it doesn't do it correctly. And secondly why do some smaller providers have the issue with checking our nameservers for the ns records where's as most people don't.
