New accounts not working..

For some reason when I add a new account/site to WHM, the site still becomes unresolvable.

Going to the URL just brings up a "server not found" page through Firefox.

I know its not a "dns" issue in a sense that the server has been running the same IP before the crash and everything worked fine. We put in a new hard drive, reinstalled the operating system and WHM. I am now adding the domains/accounts that was on the server before.

If i go to the IP/~username it'll show. However going to the web URL will not work.

Seems it is just a DNS issue. Give them a little time and they'll eventually show up. Strange.
