New Exim Configurator Editor doubt

I have a doubt with two options at the exim configurator editor of cpanel 11.

One says:

ACL
Reject mail at SMTP time if the spam score from spamassassin is greater than 10.0.

This is ok, mail will be refused at smtp-time.

And the other says:

Filters
Reject mail with a failure message if the spam score from spamassassin is greater than 10.0

This will show an error message on the smtp-time transaction or It will mail a message to the sender if the score of the email is more than 10 ??

Cause if it replies each time a spam arrives to the server you can have serious bandwidth problems.


I would be nice that cpanel staff add clamav integration to the exim configurator editor for a quick and easy setup.
