New installation problem

Hi all,

I have a problem with a brand new cPanel/WHM installation. I did all as it should be done. Configured everything. Also I have updated the apache config in order to enable PHP 5.0.5 and some other features. The problem is that after adding a new user when I try to access either WHM or cpanel the NOT FOUND page appears. I am able to LOG into the canel and WHM only via https://domain.com:2083/ and 2087 ports.

Also when I am logged into the cpanel I am getting very strange error message - [an error occured while processing this directive].

Can someone give me a clue what the hell is that ?

For the error message you need to check /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when it is generated.

As for SSL access, are you saing that you can login OK if you specify the port but if you use /whm or /cpanel they don't work? If so, then you need to check the Alias and ScriptAlias commands appear in /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
