New Language for Resellers at the WHM

how can I change the language for the WHM for Resellers or add/change a new language(file)?

It is the same like for the "normal" cpanel language changing or something special? Are there some file(s), which I can change?

I saw a translation on a Server with Cpanel/WHM where I was a Reseller before... and now I have my own Servers and some Resellers what to have their own language... :-(

You may have seen a whm theme with partial "cosmetic" translation but the internal mechanics of whm and any output is english becuase it does not pull from a language file like cPanel can and is hard coded.

WHM is not language aware, and I believe that it will not turn to be in the next couple years.
Forget it. You will waste your time.

If you do Cpanel translation, there are few language variables are imported into WHM system but it is about 5% of the overall messages in WHM.
