Default New MySQL databases named same as username after transfer

A few months ago I transferred some accounts from one cPanel server to another brand new fresh cPanel server.

After transferring I noticed that there were some new MySQL databases that I didn't exist on the previous server.

For each user, there was a database named the same as their username, containing no data. These databases are only visible by root and don't show up through phpMyAdmin for the users themselves.

I'm not bothered by this at all since it doesn't cause any problems.

However I just wanted to check whether:

1 - anyone else has noticed this occur?
2 - any idea if these databases are safe to delete?

Yes, I have noticed this on serveral transfers between different cpanel servers. I even wrote about it on this forum a year ago but nothing happened

You can delete them, without any issues
