New SSL Still Showing Old Expire Date

I missed renewing an SSL for a client, so I generated a new CSR, sent it to the certificate company, and received a new cert that I installed through WHM. All the info (domain name, etc.) was the same. After installing the cert, the client is still getting an error saying the cert expired on 2/19/09. When I look in cPanel at their cert info, it shows the new expiration of 4/8/10. I'm wondering if I need to remove the old one or something. Any thoughts on this?

I would suggest that you first delete the existing SSL certificate from WHM >> SSL/TLS >> Manage SSL Hosts and then install the new SSL. Also make sure that you are adding the new CABundle/Intermediate Certificate that you have received with the SSL.

After a couple of passes, it finally deleted and reinstalled properly.
