New update switched back to mbox?

When the nightly updates ran last night, my users inbound email started being stored in mbox format whereas I had been using maildir. Has anyone else seen this? I'm not sure what was upgraded that could have caused this. Any suggestions on how to track down something like this?

I ran /scripts/convert2maildir which moved the mail, but I'm not sure if it fixed the problem.

Had you recently converted to maildir? Perhaps it did not completely finish correctly. There is no other reason for it to switch back.
