Newbie with ???'s - Please help!

Hi I'm new and I use front page 2000 and I would like to know how do I go about uploading my pages. It does say that frontpage extensions are installed but what do I type in on my front page program to know where to upload my files to. I can't seem to find the information anywhere except how to install and uninstall the extensions - it doesn't say how to conect the program. Thanks for your help, it will be greatly appreciated.

You should have a look through your Frontpage application documents - it tells you how to upload via Frontpage there

cpanel just supports the use of frontpage extensions - doesn't give info on how to use it
