Default No Place to add mail boxes...help!

    I'm running ,WHM 10.1.0 cPanel 10.2.0-S83 Trustix i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

When I add a domain, and login to the whm, these are the only options, there is no option to add a mail account, seems other options are missing as well... can anyone help.

Cluster/Remote Access, Account Information, Account Functions, Multi-Account Functions, Themes, cPanel 10.2.0-S83

Mail and such are done in cPanel (clientaccess) not in WHM (serveraccess).
