Default No "Setup a SSL Certificate to Work with your Site" Button in SSL/TLS Manager

OK, so I'm not sure if I have a wonky install of cPanel, but this is confusing and searches I've tried have come up empty.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to read about my issue!

So, I have installed a StartCom cert, and I feel fairly confident I went through the steps properly. It shows up in the "Certificates" section of the SSL Manager.

However, I have no idea where this elusive "Setup a SSL Certificate to Work with your Site" button is.

The instructions seem to imply the button should be under the SSL Manager, but I only have three options:

    Code:
     Private Keys (KEY)

Generate, view, upload, or delete your private keys.

    Certificate Signing Requests (CSR)

Generate, view, or delete SSL certificate signing requests.

    Certificates (CRT)

Generate, view, upload, or delete SSL certificates.
Where is this button that allows me to finish "Step Four" from the instructions?

Please let me know any pointers that can help me finish this up. I will appreciate it so much! Thank you!!

On left menu in WHM, find the section titled SSL/TLS, 'Install a SSL Certificate and Setup the Domain' is located there.

If you only have access to the cPanel interface, and not the WHM interface, then you need to open a support ticket with your web host. Otherwise, you need to ensure the following:

    1. The cPanel account in question has a dedicated IP Address; and
    2. The following Tweak Setting is enabled:
Allow cPanel users to install SSL Hosts if they have a dedicated ip

So you have to allow clients to install a SSL for them to be able to generate a CSR?

Default Still can't enable WHM to allow cpanel SSL activation

I have WHM access and have checked/enabled "Allow cPanel users to install SSL Hosts if they have a dedicated ip." but still can't get the SSL Activation link to appear on the cpanel.

    Server has dedicated IP.

    User needs a dedicated IP.

Isn't the user and server IP referring to the same thing?

If the user is on the main shared IP, it could be the same IP (as the server IP), but doesn't have to be.
If you want the user on a specific account to have his own cert he'll need to be given his own dedicated IP to use for this. He cannot use the shared IP used for other accounts.
